What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
GUIDEPOST RETURN POLICY:
-Returns can be made within 30 days of order date, as long as the Guidepost is in new, unused condition, able to be resold.
-For a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping label, contact support@guidepostsystem.com. Customers pay for return shipping.
-Once your approved return arrives at Guidepost HQ, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND BEFORE THE FOUNDER'S EDITION SHIPS?
We understand that it takes a little extra patience to wait for the pre-sale Founder's Edition, but we know that it will be worth it!
If you change your mind before Guidepost ships, contact support@guidepost.com and we will process a refund for you.
When will my order arrive?
Founder's Edition pre-sale orders will ship during June 2026.

Guidepost Founder's Edition was created, designed, and manufactured in the USA.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free via USPS for all Founder's Edition orders.
